But like musicians and also artists they endorse politicians and tend to make them shine.

I’m doing fine. Enjoying the later afternoon but not the mosquitoes so much….thank goodness for baby insect cream. It’s soothing at least.

Yes that is correct I was mainly talking about how similarly people can get divided over sports and how they can be also manipulated in the same kind of way when they start to glorify the athletes as celebrities and are driven to do things that are unreasonable, or the athletes themselves let the fame and the money get to their heads but you are definitely spot on about the politics lol

Good morning .Killa. believe it or not, i woke up this morning with the feeling that it is Monday. I don’t know what stimulated this feeling in my sleep. Needless to say my innermost is now bathing in the glory of a sunday morning. The skies looks grey and i hear the rain.
Oh you always have different angles and it’s so exciting to read your take on things and reminds me that this is .Killa. speaking. Thank you for writing to me. And i wholeheartedly agree!!! I’m terribly guilty as i too fall prey to the idiolizing. Typically evident when nations are competing against each other. The way they can go at each other is not even funny at times. I was over the mooooooon when Malawi whopped Zimbabwe the other night. For years Mugabe ‘the statement’ was forced down our throats for his ‘great stance’ against the big nations, thd seizure of land and so on and so forth..ect ect….but what a price the nation had to pay. Sadly 😥 😔 😟 Zimbabweans fill up our jails and their academics are the spokespersons for our politics. Oh let me leave it there. Just shows the point you make. We can be so divided over politics through sport. People(fans) play out their regional politics when nations play. This happened for a long time when Germany and the Netherlands played in Euro or the world cup.
So we give them that extra shine and they in turn gloss the political game….a never-ending game.
Thank you for getting back to me. I fell asleep watching TV. I’m glad we pass through the night of the Anaconda in one piece. The way social media was dragging the tv station about that movie is nobody’s business. I thought the reptile would be so provoked by all the spitting bars on social media, it would crawl out of the screen and swallow us all up. I must still check how everyone survived.
I hope you got everything done you needed to do or your preparation for what you are planning to do. I must catch up on your comic strip although i must admit im lost. 😚💙

*** YES exactly, you helped elaborate what I was saying perfectly. In certain areas, blind glorification is obvious but there are other areas where it happens just as much and can even encourage people into praising certain figures in other areas as well, and vice-versa. That’s essentially the broader point that we are discussing here; when we examine these kinds of situations, we can often see that they run much deeper across a variety of areas that we don’t really consider because we think are all just literal fun and games; politics just the greatest example of a situation that affects alot of other areas. We talked about the celebrities, we talked about the politics but there are also things like “sports”, “clubs”, “beliefs”, social-class, “nationalistic” perceptions, race and even certain commodities like who’s using an Apple device vs Android vs Microsoft product etc, that people tend to glorify and often to their own detriment without even thinking twice about it because of petty notions and the fact that it’s a common general thing. Hahaha I like when you said “people fans”, that’s a good one 😂😂

*** Hahaha I would imagine that you would definitely pass through the night of the anaconda if you are in the safety of your home just relaxing, watching T.V, falling asleep and not out trying to be a hero, leave that kind of “screenplay” to the actors just make sure you get enough rest, protect yourself against the coronavirus and you should pass through many more nights just as undisturbed. I am happy that you intend to read more of the comic, and don’t worry about being lost because that is what happens when we often encounter certain kinds of things that are unfamiliar or we are just not accustomed too but the Comic is there for any one to see and to read, like comment etc; I am just doing it for fun and the sheer pleasure and that is exactly the kind of experience that I am having, and I still thank you for checking it out 🙌🤟😂.

On the otherhand there are so many postive vibes and personalities out there. Time for me to get back to the threads of EOW…authors i have never really indulged in. Weird how one gets struck in an era or genre of authors, musicians, poets and painters.

I can’t get over the fact that i was called to earth to battle these vampires so others can sleep soundly and sweetly. So yes i need to be battle ready with all my different ammunition. One to shoot back, the other to soothe the battle scars.

*** That’s a pretty intriguing way to look at it lol. There was a time my residence use to be affected by mosquitoes but those times are fortunately behind us, since we had came up with “innovative” measures to deal with them so that we can let in what needs to be let in but keep out what needs to be “blocked” out 😂🤣. Once in a while a few would slip through the cracks but things are not nearly as bad as before lol
