And yet you move ahead

redefining beauty

My white calla lily with gracious modesty is spending lavishingly on herself. Amid all the ups and downs, too much sunlight, too little shade, still she shows up…

in a better version of herself. Styled in white creamy hues, ready to entertain, with her exotic bloom on a warm November day.

  2. What an elegant and beautiful poem, and flower. I love them both, Abi. โค๏ธ

    • Good morning Jeff. Isn’t she just too lovely. I was so concerned that these images of her would sit for longer than necessary before i could express her innermost and release them to the world.

I’m so happy that you see the beauty in both and I’m always over the moon when i find a path of words to express the innermost. I wish i can find ways to express myself more often.
      Thank you โค

  5. Your description of the flower is very poetic ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Thank you Vignesh๐Ÿ™‚
In this description i worked with a poetic form.
It doesn’t always work for me but i feel pretty blessed when i find the lines. โค
